  4. Mark & Saffron,

Great Website! There are so many pet parents who can benefit from your experience and expertise.

As a former dog breeder (Perro de Presa Canario Mastiffs and Great Dane), I understand the importance of providing best diet and hip/joint supplements to big/huge breeds. My Danes often suffer with hip and joint dysplasia. I’ve always given my pets glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate. Now, thanks to your info on Dasuquin, I will make a change to include Dasuquin in order to provide a comprehensive joint health formula for my furry pals.

    Thanks for sharing.

A question about training: Our 6 month old chocolate lab chews on everything and has ruined most of the “tough” toys we’ve tried. Do you have suggestions??

      Hope this helps Tamara.

  5. Hello Mark! This was nice and enjoyable to read. About a year & half ago, My Doctor recommended  Dasuquin to Me for my 6-year old Chessie! As at then, it has a “Meat-chew” version which made it really easy to feed. It wasn’t available anymore so I bought tablets. Although it works the same way, but It was way more difficult to feed, my dog kept spitting it out, unless I hid the tablet in plenty of peanut butter. Aside that, the tablet works well and my dog’s arthritis seemed to bother her way less than before adding Dasuquin to her diet.

    • Hi Vanabell,

Yes Dasuquin definitely is the number 1 selling supplement on the market at the moment and even better now they have it in chewables.

The link I provided has the chewable version if you want to go back to it, however Dasuquin in any form is a benefit.

Just be careful when giving the tablets in peanut butter as some types can be harmful to your dog.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you are unsure of anything.

      Thanks,

      Mark
